2010 - Day 125

I had a couple of choices for today's picture. Seeing as how it is Cinco de Mayo or "Frat Boy Christmas." It was also book club. However, the place where we usually meet wouldn't let us make a reservation because they were booked for the night. Clearly Jen and I were curious what the big event, more important than us was. Well it turned out to be a radiology conference/mixer type thing. Here is Jen with the sign for the event.

2010 - Day 124

Akeli is now working in midtown, which means that seeing her during the week is really easy. So today we meet after work for a Jamba Juice and some people watching. It was wonderful.

2010 - Day 123

Amanda made savory crepes for Monday Night Dinner. Good call, they were incredible. I took a picture of them, but Amanda said they weren't photogenic enough. So here you go instead, proof that it took nearly every dish we own to make them.

2010 - Day 122

This is the picture that I took with Yvonne's iPhone. I was teaching her how to take a picture with the Facebook ap. Jerry thought we were insane, but this picture of Time Square turned out pretty good. IPhone photography is a tricky skill! Also Apple is pretty tricky, how has iPhone become a dictionary recognized word and Facebook hasn't?

2010 - Day 121

Today Jerry, Yvonne and I went to Yankee Stadium on an absolutely perfect Saturday. Obviously, we didn't have front row seats. I still thought that it was a good view though. Also not sitting directly in the sun makes the experience more enjoyable for me at least. It was also really great that Yvonne started conversations with people on the subway getting there. She even handed her camera to someone to take a picture. I should probably get a copy of that picture too!

2010 - Day 120

We went to Little Italy or as Amanda says, "You mean, Chinatown, because the real Little Italy is in the Bronx." Well I got talked into a restaurant by one of the Italian host people on the street. I told him he didn't have room for three outside, but he made it happen. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. Their olive oil was fantastic. Then Jerry and I both got the seafood stew. Which ended up being almost a whole lobster tail, three shrimp and three scallops. It was pretty excessive and not stew, but incredible!

2010 - Day 119
Well here is a limitation of my camera. My aunt and uncle are here visiting and I met them on the Upper West Side at my favorite Thai place after work. Well after dinner we took a stroll in Central Park. There was this fantastic bridge and the view from it was awesome. So here are Jerry and Yvonne (left) and the fantastic view (right.)
