I don't think any of the best pictures that were taken on this vacation were done with my camera. But regardless, this is a picture of me and my sisters on our way up Aspen mountain for a wonderful lunch at the sky view restaurant at the top.

2010 - Day 196

Here is the view from my seat on the plane from Denver to Aspen. It was a beautiful view, even though it freaked me out a little that I could see the ground the entire time. Yikes!

2010 - Day 195

Akeli and I always think that we can take a picture of ourselves. However, it basically always makes us end up looking like a bunch of idiots. Exhibit A.

We made some sangria and then went out to grab a beer before I left for Colorado to spend the week with my family.

2010 - Day 194

I saw a new store opening up on 3rd Avenue, that I was pretty excited about. It is called Sur La Table and it is a new kitchen supply store. It hasn't opened yet, so I don't know what things cost, but I'm pretty excited about it.

2010 - Day 192

Amanda's parents took us to The Palm for dinner tonight. We got some steaks and really good sides. Her is Amanda's mom with her snow crab legs. She let me try and they were delicious.

2010 - Day 191

Amanda has been playing in a softball league all summer. Unlike my team, hers actually wins! So they were in the finals this week. Unfortunately, they came in third, but it works out because she didn't want to play again this week anyway.
