2010 - Day 54If you worked with me or were my roommate you too could be enjoying the benefits of the dessert of the month calendar. This month we enjoyed a Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake. It did not quite turn out like the picture because I do not have a spring form pan. It doesn't matter though, because it still turned out fabulous. I think the best part of making these desserts by far is getting to learn and practice new cooking techniques. I'm having fun with it anyway.
