2010 - Day 118Yummy! The April dessert of the month was an orange cheesecake with raspberry drizzle. I used my birthday gift card from Grandma to finally purchase a spring form pan. This recipe was brilliant and used orange juice to substitute for a little of the sugar. This made the cake a little less dense and it was another huge success at work.
