2010 - 340Monday dinner on Thursday this week, it is really weekly dinner at this point. December is just too crazy to do something the same day every week. I didn't get a picture of our actual dinner, but I made a recipe that came on the back of a McCormick spice pack. It was easy and delicious and I would certainly recommend this.
