2010 - Day 132In this week of chaos, we ended up having Monday dinner on Wednesday. I made an old standby, turkey chili. It was so cold today in New York, that I thought chili was more than appropriate. I spiced it up with some left over peppers from salsa Monday Night dinner and it turned out fantastic. Even better, it made a great lunch for Amanda and I as well.
